About Me
I have 8 years experience in the auto warranty industry. I have done every position and know every detail to each job function there is. My ultimate position was Internal Operations while managing the Billing & Collections Dept. Besides the Auto Warranty Industry, I have a variety of diverse technical skills and 14 years experience in Durable Medical Equipment were I opened 2 companies from the ground up and managed both locations. I have done everything from sales to licensing.
I love a challenge so I decided to dispute chargebacks. Most companies don't dispute their charge backs and therefore settle for the loss. I understand the disastrous effect transaction disputes can have on the back end—but we aren’t interested in simply accepting chargebacks as a cost of doing business. The complaints I have responded to turned out in the company's favor and it helped maintain a A+ rating with the BBB.
Collections is were I made the most money. I know how important 1st payments are in the auto warranty industry. I am known as the top 1st payment collector in the industry. I collected 101 1st payments in 1 week. My commission was great! I dont finish when I am tired, I finish when I am done!
The Healthcare field is were I have tons of experience. I have done challenging duties in this field as well. I I worked with OCHEA, Board of Pharmacy, Medicare, Doctor's, Patients. I have responded to audits and was great at getting cases closed off in company's favor. I have fought denied insurance claims to where the company was paid aft all.
Finally, the fun stuff. Creating company logos and websites is what I do for fun. I can turn your company's vision, passion and image into reality with my design techniques. I can create a google page and wen page that catches customers attention, therefore increases revenue.
